Return & Refund Policy – Home Decor Online
To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and in good, resalable condition.
A 15% handling fee applies to all goods that were correctly supplied.
Damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours from the date of invoice. All such items must be returned with the original invoice and packaging. A 25% handling fee will be charged on correctly supplied goods in these cases.
All specials, clearance items, and buyouts are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at jax@homedecoronline.co.za.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to assess the issue promptly and provide the appropriate resolution.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
