Delivery & collection
We deliver nationwide in 5–8 working days. Delivery is free on orders over R2,000; smaller orders pay a flat R200. Large furniture and big rugs may need a delivery quote – we always confirm with you before dispatch. Prefer to collect? Collection from our Bedfordview showroom is free and usually ready within 2–4 working days.

Returns & refunds
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return delivery is for your account – no handling fee is charged. Arrived damaged or faulty? Let us know within 48 hours and we collect it at our cost.
